We performed a training school on NMR in food science under the funding of 217O089 no project of TUBITAK with 20 participants consisting of M.S. and Ph.D. students from varied universities. Dr. Oztop and Dr. Umut gave seminars about theory of NMR and their applications. To make the students be more familiar with NMR, Dr. Oztop and his lab members showed some demonstrations on NMR equipments. Then students prepared their samples and measured some properties.
